What the Processing fee covers on your paid group order.

What you get

PayPal Purchase Protection on every paid order. If anything goes wrong (item not received, not as described), you can dispute through PayPal and get a full refund — the same protection you get on any commercial PayPal purchase.

This protection is unavailable when using Friends & Familypayments, which is why most traditional K-pop GOs leave joiners exposed. The Processing fee is what funds that protection, and it goes directly to PayPal — autoGOM doesn't take a cut.

How your total is calculated

The Processing fee covers PayPal's actual processing fee on your transaction. We calculate it based on your shipping country — domestic and international rates differ.

US orders

Where does the fee go?
