ReadFrequently Asked Questions
I usually use F&F. Why should I switch?
F&F is technically a personal transfer, not a payment for goods. Using it for group orders puts your PayPal account at risk — repeated commercial F&F use has resulted in account limits and holds for many GOMs. G&S is the safe path, and the small fee is paid by joiners, who get dispute protection in return.
Will joiners be okay with the processing fee?
The fee is small and clearly shown upfront — about $0.87 on a $10 US order ($1.04 international). It's PayPal's actual processing fee, passed through without any markup from us. In return, joiners get PayPal's official Purchase Protection — peace of mind for them, peace of mind for you.
What if a joiner doesn't pay?
Every unpaid order is visible in your dashboard with status and timestamps, so you can follow up directly. For Auto-match GOs, unpaid PayPal invoices expire and the order gets cancelled automatically — no chasing required.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Not right now — paid tier is free during beta, so there's nothing to subscribe to. When we introduce subscription billing later, we'll guide you through the setup. The actual GO payments stay between you and your joiners on PayPal.
